SOREDI is a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the long-term prosperity of Jackson and Josephine Counties. We serve 13 incorporated cities including Ashland, Butte Falls, Cave Junction, Central Point, Eagle Point, Gold Hill, Grants Pass, Jacksonville, Medford, Phoenix, Rogue River, Talent, and Shady Cove. Business Expansion and Recruitment - we serve as project managers for expanding and relocating companies, providing assistance with local site selection, workforce fulfillment, utility requirements, financing, and economic incentives.
Business Advocacy - we act as liaison between private and public sectors to promote business.
Loans - we operate a $6.3 million revolving fund for private business. To date SOREDI has provided over $11.1 million in loans.
Grants - we administer grants to non-profit agencies and municipalities, with over $40 million administered in grants to date.
