Victor Bautista

Victor Bautista has been with Avista Utilities for over 25 years serving in a variety of areas including customer service, construction, gas engineering, and currently as Oregon Regional Business Manager. His primary responsibilities include strategically developing and implementing revenue growth, business development, and energy management for Avista’s largest-use commercial and industrial gas and electric customers throughout Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Victor and his wife Amber have been married for 25 years and have two grown children, Emma, and Carson.

Fun Fact: Victor loves to sing out loud on long solo car drives.
