Robert (RJ) Glover was born and raised in Southern Oregon—but just recently had the opportunity to return “home” after fifteen years. In addition to being on the SOREDI Board, RJ serves on the board of Oregon Forest and Industries Council (OFIC), and the Oregon Manufacturers and Commerce (OMC) board. He and his wife have two children: Jocelyn, who attends OSU, and Jack, who goes to South Medford High School. When he’s not at his kids’ sporting events or on trips with his family, RJ enjoys outdoor-life (golfing, fishing, shooting trap, or simply being in the mountains).
Fun Fact:
RJ and his family were in China in December 2019-January 2020, where his daughter had the opportunity to play softball. (They arrived back in the US a week before the first COVID-19 case was found in Washington).
Book Recommendations: I don’t have a particular book but would recommend people balance their reading in three ways: always have a book that keeps you grounded in faith, always have a book that enhances your learning, and always have a book that entertains you.
Movies Recommendations: American Pie, The Hangover, The Godfather Series.
