Sounding Board meetings are the first stage in accessing resources and capital here in Southern Oregon to help you grow your traded sector* business.
Held by appointment only at the SOREDI office in Medford and at the RCC SBDC office in Grants Pass, these meetings are designed to allow entrepreneurs to present and discuss their business ideas and business plans.
The Sounding Board consists of a panel of experts who agree to listen to the plan, understand the immediate and long-term business needs and provide constructive feedback when appropriate. Each Sounding Board panel is gathered in response to the specific needs and interests of a business, so that questions and advice can be as relevant and actionable as possible.
The Sounding Board and its panelists aim to align entrepreneurs with a wide variety of resources to assist in achieving the next level of success (access to capital including Angel investment, mentors, connections to other businesses locally and more). Sounding Board sessions are also the first stage in reviewing applicants to the Southern Oregon Angel Investment Network.
To schedule a Sounding Board session, please fill out the application form using the link below and we’ll get in touch with you for a brief consultation. After we have determined what would be the best fit for you, we will recruit a panel for you and schedule your Sound Board session.
