Five Nasty Problems that Kill Companies

Visit SOREDI’s new office and join John Lamy of Lamy Consulting as he shares his insights on the Five Nasty Problem’s he’s finding dangerous to Southern Oregon companies.

Date: Tuesday, October 9
Time: 7:30 – 9:00 am (includes networking time and Q&A)
Place: SOREDI’s New Office above People’s Bank: 1311 E. Barnett Road, Medford – 3rd Floor Conference Room

John will discuss topics beyond growth, profit, and morale, to dive deep into challenges that practically define being in business. This discussion would be a good fit for businesses with 10-70 employees.

John Lamy has been in consulting for 20 years, seven of them in the Rogue Valley. He’s observed a fairly consistent set of problems that bedevil smaller companies. We will take a look at how easy it is to unconsciously slip into these problems, how they undermine your company, and how they tend to reinforce one another. Plus, we’ll explore some successful approaches to solving them and invite you to share your best practices with our group.

Why would you want to attend this talk? First off, it’s FREE! Also:

Insight: What are the most common drivers of profit, growth and morale shortfalls?
Solutions: Is there a roadmap for tackling these problems? It’s not wise to try it all at once!
Clarity: The difference between solutions that work and attempted solutions that fail.

Space is limited. To RSVP, e-mail Kathy@SOREDI.org.
