SOREDI Membership
SOREDI is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization that is partially financed by local jurisdictions and private sector businesses and partners. We offer complimentary business services to companies that are seeking to launch, relocate and prosper in Southern Oregon - just like you.
Our members help make activities possible like this:
- Since 1998, as the Enterprise Zone Manager, SOREDI has processed 197 Enterprise Zone applications creating 3,253 new jobs and retaining 10,670 jobs, bringing over $602 million in new capital investments. - SOREDI has administered $6,628,286 in grants, getting wildfire and emergency relief funds to 468 different businesses throughout all 15 SOREDI jurisdictions.
SOREDI is financially strong with a solid base from which to serve Southern Oregon and provide resources for regional economic development. This gives us the flexibility to quickly respond to changing economic environments.
