Featured Story: Ken Trautman, People’s Bank Co-Founder, Retires

A Southern Oregon Business Journal’s article on Ken Trautman highlights Jim Teece’s thoughts and recollections of working alongside this People’s Bank co-founder. Jim captured this photo of Ken and his wife, Kathy, at the Jackson County fair.

Jim noted that after all of the professional accomplishments and community involvement, Ken’s favorite career moments involved people, which indicates People’s Bank was appropriately named!

Kathy Trautman was a part of SOREDI for a number of years, serving as Business Development Manager and Loan Manager. She played a vital role in advancing economic development and efforts here in Southern Oregon.

Ken’s retirement was celebrated July 1 at Pheasant Fields Farm in Phoenix, attended by many friends, family and colleagues. He will continue serving on the People’s Bank board following retirement.
