SOREDI was pleased to announce and participate in the ribbon cutting for the expansion project of Herb Pharm. Expanding from their headquarters and farm in Williams, Ore., the new location is specifically for bottling and distribution. Daniel Marple, CEO for Herb Pharm, noted the proximity to transportation and distribution outlets was their main focus and reason for their choice. This expansion includes the creation of over 20 new jobs.
Founded in 1979 by herbalists Ed Smith and Sara Katz, Herb Pharm employs over 200 people, distributing over 500 high quality and organic supplements worldwide. The new location is located at 5448 Bierson Way, Central Point. As a B Corp, Herb Pharm is a mission-based company, featuring the first Regenerative Organic Certified herb farm in the world. Their mission is to “take care of plants, so they can take care of people.”
“SOREDI is honored to serve another local company in their growth plans within Southern Oregon by helping them access incentives through the Medford Urban Enterprise Zone and make the necessary connections with various partners they need to prosper.
