She was a Certified Pharmacy Technician with Asante for 16 years before starting her tenure in the telecom industry, evolving from an entry-level position to Director of Customer Experience and Billing at Hunter Communications.

Jessica’s transformative journey reflects her unwavering commitment to excellence and continuous growth, navigating through diverse roles, acquiring invaluable experience at every step. As director, she now draws upon this rich background to spearhead innovative initiatives and strategic endeavors.
