KDRV recently reported on Phoenix Phoodery’s plans to add a new manager, new vendors, and update the tap house.
Eric Heron, co-developer, announced that Northwest Pizza will be taking one of the empty spots in the next 20-30 days, its second location, with two additional vendors looking to open Christmas or mid-January. The tap room, once operated by Skout, will now be operated by owners and co-developers, calling it the Phoodery’s Tap House.
A first-time general manager has been hired, Matt Nawoichik, to run daily operations, much needed with five restaurants and a tap house. Nawoichik is known for running the popular trivia nights at the Phoodery. His additional focus will be to coordinate events, special concerts, kids’ activities, and engaging with customers.
