Invitation – Croman Mill Community Open House, December 10

YOU ARE INVITED to a Community Open House to discuss the final cleanup of the Croman Mill site (closed in 1996), and the current redevelopment plan as submitted to the City of Ashland.

The City’s Community Development strategic summary prioritizes “redeveloping the Croman Mill District to enhance economic development and improve residents’ quality of life.” According to the City’s 2025 Economic Opportunities Analysis, this site, as well as the Railroad District and other area development opportunities, could produce significant commercial and industrial jobs in Ashland.
