Annum Q4 2025 Housing Survey Results

SOREDI recently contracted Annum Housing, using Jackson Cares funds, to evaluate Southern Oregon’s workforce housing, exploring any possible constraints for employees due to housing being identified as a potential factor in securing adequate workforce for our region.

To date, 360 employees at 10 SOREDI member companies have been interviewed about the state of their workforce housing stability in Jackson & Josephine counties.
