Bend Outdoor Worx Start-up Accelerator Program Now Accepting Applications.

The only start-up accelerator program in the country to focus specifically on outdoor product related business ideas, Bend Outdoor Worx is now accepting applications for it’s 6^th cohort before Dec 14^th 2108.

Aimed at start-up companies that have gained some initial traction and have a product prototype or finished product, the program which is run by a team of seasoned outdoor industry entrepreneurs and business leaders provides a year long advisory program to help companies with all aspects of their business so they can rapidly scale and grow. It’s list of successful alumni includes innovative subscription box company Cairn which raised a successful Angel investment round after finishing the program, active skincare brand Zealios, The Robert Axle Project and backpack manufacturer Freerange Equipment.

The program is not limited to companies located in Bend, and SOREDI’s own Venture Catalyst, Alex Palmer is a past Alumnus of the program with a mountain bike business based in Ashland. Any Southern Oregon companies thinking of applying are encouraged to reach out to Alex for guidance on applying to the program.
