Robb Mayers

Robb Mayers was born and raised in Southern Oregon, where he developed a connection to nature and a strong sense of community. After graduating from Oregon State, Robb embarked on a journey to Austin, Texas, to kickstart his career in the construction and development industry. As one of the founders of Outlier Construction, Robb serves as the company’s CEO, bringing his commitment to craftmanship, sustainability and community engagement to every project.

In 2008, Robb and his wife Maggie returned to Southern Oregon. Since then, Robb has been involved in various nonprofit organizations. Currently, he serves on the boards of the United Way, the Asante Foundation, and the Association of General Contractors.

Robb spends much of his free time outdoors, traveling and exploring new destinations. He and his wife have 2 boys, aged 10 and 8, which keep them very busy.  They reside in Medford.
