New Mural In Historic Downtown Inspired by Rogue Valley’s Natural Beauty

In March of 2025, the City of Medford’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Facilities partnered with the Rogue Valley Art Association to commission a building mural at 40 S. Bartlett in downtown Medford. Approved by the Landmarks and Historic Preservation Commission on March 4, work began on the North wall of the Rogue Gallery and is 900 square feet.

According to the City of Medford’s published news article on June 2, 2025, local artist, Ryan Moon, completed this piece last week and is available for everyone’s viewing pleasure. The city is responsible to the property owner for upkeep moving forward. This location is withing the Historic Downtown district, which is on the National Register of Historic Places.
