East Medford Development Progressing

KOBI reported on July 29 that the new commercial development in East Medford is progressing.

Harbor City & Ollie’s East is located on the corner of Hillcrest and N Phoenix Road. Plans were submitted by Roxy Corner LLC.

This new project includes a 960-square-foot coffee shop called Harbor City Coffee and a 2,700-square-foot Ollie’s Pizza, both with drive-up windows. Also included in the plans are a covered courtyard for seating, a fire pit, a turf play area and a space for food trucks.
