Kim Freeze – New Innovation Ecosystem Steward for Southern Oregon Innovation Hub

Welcome to Kim Freeze, the New Southern Oregon Innovation Hub’s Innovation Ecosystem Steward!

Kim comes to this position with a wealth of knowledge and experience in business and entrepreneurship. Her love of all things entrepreneurial has led her to this newly created position, which is part of a newly created initiative, the Southern Oregon Innovation Hub.

What is this Innovation Hub? It is a virtual way to collect entrepreneurs, wherever they are in their journey, to assess and then help connect them to the correct network or resources for their needs.

It has been identified that here in Southern Oregon, entrepreneurs lack a clear path of information and resources to help them be successful in building their dream of business ownership. This Hub, and Kim, is tasked with identifying the information and resources and then creating a one-stop virtual depository. It also includes providing training, education and connection to resources outside our community, such as 1 Million Cups, a nationwide effort to connect entrepreneurs every Wednesday morning.
