Rogue Community College’s Small Business Development Center is offering a Small Business Management Program to help you grow your business. 

If you have been in business for at least a year, with annual revenues above $500,000, have at least two employees, have current monthly financial statements and related reports, AND you’re focused on growth, you might be the ideal candidate. 

 This 2018 program is all about business training that teaches “Best Practices” that have been proven to grow revenue, increase profitability, develop your team and build a platform that will adapt for the long-term success of your business. You will receive the knowledge and support needed to implement new techniques, methods and systems that can lead to continuous improvement and growth for your business.
