Major Merger Uniting Several Rogue Valley Planning and Engineering Companies

KOBI recently reported that CSA Planning, CEC Engineering, and Marquess & Associates were acquired and merged with AKS Engineering and Forestry LLC. Combined, the firms employ about 500 people and rank among the largest in their sector in Oregon.

Now operating under one umbrella, the companies say the merger will allow them to offer a “one-stop shop” for clients across engineering, planning, and land development services.

The Medford offices for each company are expected to relocate to a single shared office in 2026.
