Phoodery Ribbon Cutting a Success!

SOREDI’s Terrill Roper, Jaymes Tadlock and Ryan DeRoo recently attended Phoenix’s Phoodery ribbon cutting on October 1.

The Phoodery has celebrated a successful first summer entertaining locals and travelers. The wide-open courtyard and grassy picnic area creates a welcoming environment for any age.

As shown in the photo to the left, Kyle Taylor and Eric Herron were front and center to cut the ribbon. Though they have been in operation throughout the summer, Tuesday was the day to make it all official. Congratulations Phoenix Phoodery!

Restaurants on location include:

The Truffle Pig Craft Kitchen Their first restauranteur, specializing in Chef Driven Seasonal Cuisine,

Wok Star featuring savory meals developed since 2013. Multiple awards to validate their cuisine!

The Flying Flatbread – a Lebanese bakery and cafe specializing in sourdough artisan manoushe and pita

Peruvian Point at the Tap featuring authentic Peruvian cuisine

Ma’s BBQ – tried and true rubs, sauces and smoking meats

Skout Taphouse, featuring menu items from their downtown Ashland location.

SOREDI salutes this creative and successful tourism and placemaking venture and we look forward to trying all the spots!
