Ashland.news reported today that Pacific Retirement Systems is one of two finalists that will potentially build and operate the new SOU senior living and education facility. The other finalist is St. Louis-based McCormack Baron Salazar. PRS will be presenting July 9 on campus, MBS on July 11.
The new senior residence facility will be on the 4.3-acre site previously occupied by Cascade Residence Hall, which was demolished this spring.
