Program Overview: The 2024/2025 SBM program is designed to provide Southern Oregon’s small business owners with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to achieve sustainable growth and long-term success. Starting on October 1st, 2024, this 9-month journey will immerse you in a dynamic learning environment focused on implementing best practices and fostering continuous improvement. 

What to Expect:

Comprehensive Training: Gain insights into effective financial analysis, online marketing strategies, lean processes, quality improvement techniques, and employee team development.

Monthly Classes: Participate in engaging monthly classes, held from 2-5 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month (except January 2024). Dates: 11/7; 12/5; 1/9; 2/6; 3/5; 4/2; 5/7; 6/4.

One-to-One Advising: Benefit from personalized advising and mentoring sessions with your dedicated Business Advisor, providing

tailored guidance and support. The collaborative work will help you develop a strategic plan to identify and prioritize outcomes and achieve them.
