Program Overview: The 2025/2026 SBM program is designed to provide Southern Oregon’s small business owners with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to achieve sustainable growth and long-term success. Starting on October 7th, 2025, this 9-month journey will immerse you in a dynamic learning environment focused on implementing best practices and fostering continuous improvement.

 

What to Expect:

Comprehensive Training: Gain insights into effective financial analysis, online marketing strategies, lean processes, quality improvement techniques, and employee team development.

Monthly Classes: Participate in engaging monthly classes, held from 2-5 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month. Dates: 10/7, 11/4, 12/2, 1/6, 2/3, 3/3, 3/31, 5/5, 6/2.

One-to-One Advising: Benefit from personalized advising and mentoring sessions with your dedicated Business Advisor, providing tailored guidance and support. The collaborative work will help you develop a strategic plan to identify and prioritize outcomes and achieve them.

Expert Guidance: Learn from seasoned business leaders and entrepreneurs who are passionate about helping local businesses thrive in Southern Oregon.

Invest in Your Future: Secure your spot in the 2025/2026 SBM program with a tuition fee of $618. This investment covers your participation in the program, including monthly classes and one-to-one advising sessions.

LIMITED-TIME OFFER – You can participate in the $618 SBM 2025 Program (a retail value of $3500) for only $318. The scholarship is available to the first 20 businesses accepted into the program. The scholarship is provided through the RCC Board of Education.
