Small Business Management Programs Starting Soon! SOU and RCC Locations

Depending on your location, there are two great options for the Small Business Development Center’s Small Business Management Program – Southern Oregon University’s SBDC or Rogue Community College’s SBDC.

Both programs are designed to give you knowledge, understanding and tools necessary for your business to grow and thrive in both practical and strategic ways. Both program overviews and links are below:

Small Business Management Program – RCC

Program Overview: The 2025/2026 SBM program is designed to provide Southern Oregon’s small business owners with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to achieve sustainable growth and long-term success.

Starting on October 7th, 2025, this 9-month journey will immerse you in a dynamic learning environment focused on implementing best practices and fostering continuous improvement.

LIMITED-TIME OFFER – You can participate in the $618 SBM 2025 Program (a retail value of $3500) for only $318. The scholarship is available to the first 20 businesses accepted into the program. The scholarship is provided through the RCC Board of Education.

Small Business Management Program – SOU

Led by instructor Ellen Holub, this highly acclaimed Small Business Management 9-month program combines classroom instruction, professional advising and networking with the goal of helping business owners and operators develop strategic business skills on topics such as finance, marketing, operations and overall company management.
