SOREDI/Annum Workforce Housing Business Survey

SOREDI has partnered with Annum, founded by Jerryck Murrey, to identify specific workforce housing challenges experienced by a company’s employees. This is done through a survey process to give employees an opportunity to communicate their housing concerns.

This survey is free for a company to participate and is sponsored by SOREDI through Jackson Care Connect funds. There are currently 9 businesses participating.

As a benefit of participating, these businesses will receive:

~ 1. A free Personalized Housing Assessment of their company

~ 2. 1:1 guidance from a housing expert to create a plan for their specific workforce

~ 3. Collaboration with other local business leaders to tackle shared housing challenges

~ 4. Company-specific strategies and community-level solutions they can put to work right away
