Rogue Workforce Partnership‘s Careers in Gear will be front and center for Southern Oregon high school students on Thursday, April 25, from 9am-3pm.

What is this event?

  • For high schooler students to explore careers
  • For high schooler students to learn and practice hiring skills
  • For businesses to showcase their career opportunities
  • For businesses to offer employment opportunities and accept on-site applications

 

SOREDI Foundation will be there and offering an essay contest for a $500 Career Pathways Scholarship as well as a spin wheel with prizes and opportunities to practice interviewing skills. It’s going to be a very productive day showcasing the broad industry in Southern Oregon, a great place for our future workforce to live, work and do business in!
