SOREDI Member News: Rentec Direct & KOBI 5 on 5 – Among Fastest Growing Companies

As previously posted in the August 14, 2025, SOREDI Newsletter, Grants Pass’s own Rentec Direct celebrates their success of nine years running making the INC 5000 list. Ranked among the fastest growing companies in the U.S., Rentec Direct is proud to call Southern Oregon home.

A recent spotlight on KOB5, co-owner Kaycee Miller shared the strong values the company holds that help make this long-standing recognition possible. Values such as “…personal connection, customer service, and really supporting our community.” Miller also talked about the organizational frustrations that led founder Nathan Miller to design a software solution for property managers that streamlines the multiple processes needed to successfully manage properties.
