For Employers

Come join us on our beautiful Ashland campus for an opportunity to talk directly to our students. Career fairs offer a chance to talk to large numbers of students at once, while tabling in the Stevenson Union can help you connect to students in a less formal setting. Southern Oregon University provides career-focused and comprehensive educational experiences to over 5,000 students on both its Ashland and Medford campuses. SOU primarily serves the state of Oregon with a focus on southern Oregon and the northernmost counties of California.

This fair is the perfect place to connect with companies and organizations looking for SOU students and alumni interested in employment and internship opportunities in the Rogue Valley and beyond. Employers across a wide variety of industries will be hiring for full-time, part-time, seasonal, and internship positions. Regardless of your class year or major, this is a fantastic chance to build your professional network, learn about hiring employers, and practice your networking skills!

The next career fair is on April 22, 2026 in the Stevenson Union 11am to 2pm.

Dress for success and make a good first impression with the employers! Come by the Career Connections office in SU 310 in April for free interview clothes as well as help with polishing up your resume.
