Southern Oregon Athletics & Recreation were strong in 2025
MedfordAlert recently reported that out-of-town visitors helped drive strong numbers for both RogueX and Lithia & Driveway Fields. Together they generated over $23M in economic impact by hotel stays, restaurant traffic and local jobs. Continued investments in sports venues for boosting local economy is strongly supported by city of Medford officials.
RogueX hosted youth sports, recreational water sports and local trade shows throughout 2025. The complex has generated more than $16M in economic impact since opening.
According to MedfordAlert, “Lithia & Driveway Fields, one of the Northwest’s busiest multi-sport complexes, produced an estimated $13.37 million in economic impact in 2025, welcoming 1,790 teams and 238,462 visitors.” Since opening, these fields have generated more than $185M in economic impact.
