When the top 100 best companies in Oregon awards came out this week from Oregon Business,
Southern Oregon made quite the showing!
“The list is drawn from survey results that measure employee opinion on 20 workplace practices. Employees rate their satisfaction with their company, which makes up 71% of companies’ 100 Best scores. They also rate the importance they attach to work environment, management and communication, decision-making and trust, career development and learning, and benefits and compensation. Employers also answer a questionnaire on benefits. Companies are also given points for employee participation.”
