Women in Manufacturing (WiM) is a national organization whose mission is to promote, support and inspire women who have chosen a career in manufacturing. Over the past few months there has been close work with the Oregon Chapter of WiM to help establish a presence here in Southern Oregon. What that means is that there will be more access to industry tours, professional development events, and networking opportunities that the Chapter currently conducts up in the Portland Metro area.
