Dr. Kim Freeze

Kim Freeze, PsyD is a serial entrepreneur, psychologist, and Ecosystem Steward of the Southern Oregon Innovation Hub. With over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience and a background in higher education and mental health, Kim is passionate about building inclusive, resilient ecosystems that support startups, small businesses, and underserved founders. Through events like 1 Million Cups, pitch nights, workshops, and innovation sprints, she connects entrepreneurs to resources, mentorship, and each other—helping turn bold ideas into thriving ventures across Southern Oregon.
