Jaymes Tadlock

Jaymes has been on board with SOREDI as a Business Development Manager since June 2023. He began his career helping build the Oregon economy by developing market research projects for Oregon businesses to help them understand their target market and the services their clients seek. Jaymes also has numerous years of service, at various levels, within the banking industry.

Jaymes completed his MBA from Southern Oregon University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University. In addition, Jaymes has received a project management certification from the Oregon Project Management Certificate Program. Along with his infectious positive attitude, Jaymes is passionate about helping others and is a board member with the Southern Oregon Goodwill.  He feels that his best work is assisting others in looking at things differently and problem solving with them when they are stuck.

When not at work, Jaymes loves being outdoors and enjoys all the regional lakes and mountain bike trails. He looks forward to the Crater Lake Rim Ride each year, yet also loves his favorite cookie – the Snickerdoodle!
