Ryan DeRoo

Ryan has 17 years' experience in the banking and financial services Industry, with a passion for helping businesses and individuals thrive financially. His time as a commercial relationship manager allowed him to connect with local business owners to learn about their needs and what can be done to help them succeed in growing their business.

Born and raised in the Rogue Valley, Ryan attended Southern Oregon University studying Business Administration. In addition, Ryan recently completed the Medford Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program and has strong connections with other influential leaders throughout the Rogue Valley.

With his desire to help others, Ryan is on the board of directors for the Jacksonville-Applegate Rotary Club focused on community service projects. He feels that his best strength is in customer service and being able to listen and respond to client needs.

When not at work, Ryan enjoys spending his time outdoors backpacking and riding motorcycles, enjoying all the local lakes, trails and campgrounds Southern Oregon has to offer. He loves dogs and is a Snickerdoodle aficionado. Ryan resides in Medford.
