Jaymes Tadlock, Joins the SOREDI Business Development Team

Southern Oregon Regional Economic Development, Inc. (SOREDI) is happy to announce that Jaymes Tadlock has joined the team as Business Development Manager, effective June 20.

Jaymes began his career helping build the Oregon economy by developing market research projects for Oregon businesses to help them understand their target market and the services their clients seek. In addition, Jaymes has numerous years of service, at various levels, within the banking industry.

Jaymes recently completed his MBA from Southern Oregon University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University. In addition, Jaymes recently received a project management (we have lots of projects!) from the Oregon Project Management Certificate Program.

Along with his infectious positive attitude, Jaymes is passionate about helping others and has been actively involved in the Ashland Food Project as a Board Member since 2014. He feels that his best work is assisting others in looking at things differently and problem-solving with them when they are stuck. When not at work, Jaymes loves being outdoors and enjoys all the regional lakes and mountain bike trails in Southern Oregon. He is looking forward to the Riding the Rim bicycle ride in September at Crater Lake.
