The Women in Manufacturing Association is a national trade association with a mission to promote, support, and inspire women who have chosen a career in manufacturing.
The Oregon chapter exists to enable women in our local manufacturing industry to connect, network, and learn together.
Each year, they host a full calendar of events designed to engage and empower women throughout our region. Their events are open to all community members, regardless of membership status. In addition to their chapter’s programming, WiM members have access to monthly webinars as part of our Virtual Learning Series, regional and national conferences, and a wealth of additional resources.
Their most recent event in the Rogue Valley was a ceramics class held at Talent Maker City in celebration of Women’s History Month. Nineteen attendees had the opportunity to learn more about Women in Manufacturing, tour the Maker Space, and socialize while creating inspirational pottery stones.
